    REQUEST FOR ENTRY DENIAL

    Dear Sir or Madame,
I the undersigned, Denis Galushkin, hereby wish to notify you that Viacheslav OSINOV, a citizen of Russian Federation, born on 03/09/1953, is planning to arrive in Boston from Moscow, Russia sometime in early to mid-August of 2020. He holds a US tourist visa issued in Riga, Latvia.
He is my father-in-law and his invitation is sponsored by my wife, Jekaterina Galushkin. It came to my knowledge (I overheard phone conversation of him with my wife) that he is arriving with intention to stay here in the US indefinitely to seek a way to change his tourist status for a refugee/family reunion. Please note that he has quit his work back in his homeland and he has no means to sustain himself here in the US. He is a heavy smoker and a habitual drunkard and will have very negative impact and influence on my own kids and family, as well as on the local society in general. He will become a burden on my family as well as on a public charge on the state. I am very afraid of him.

Should you have any questions regarding the information stated above, please do not hesitate to contact me.

    Sincerely concerned and scared citizen,

    Denis Galushkin
